On aug, 29 ach xfer consumer network, electronic banking took 279.00 from our bank account. An prosmie too give me a visa card and a mastercard. They sent me a book and said too call that number and i did. The bank took my application an said that i should hear from them in the mail. But the bank said no too. My application. So i called consumer network back and they said too sent them back the book an they would refund my money in 7 days. But they have not as of yet. I call every day for the last 4 months. I'm told that the money would be place back in my account or it would mail too me. There is always a different story. And now i just don't know want too do any more.
