Ripoff, debited bank account

I discovered $99 had been electronically transferred out of my bank account without my knowledge. The bank gave me the phone number for Simple Escapes.

I called & was disconnected. They would not give a physical street address, no website and were generally unhelpful. They couldn't find my "account" but they had debited my bank account.

Maybe if everyone complains they will be shut down.
