I am yet another person that was taken by simple escapes except i gave them no information and never recieved an email from them and they took 134.95 out of my bank account which over drew my account so i called them and they didnt want to hear what i had to say so they told me they would credit it back to my account and gave me a fax number to fax a copy of my statement to so they could give me the money for the overdraw fees they said it would take 3-5 days to process
Well i will not fax them a statement and it has been 10 days and i have yet to see the money im closins out my account on friday im also getting a lawyer to file suit against my bank and the so called company simple escapes
