My parents recently received a postcard from the College Funding Center stating that they were going out of business and were unable to further process our account. This is our first year with the College Funding Center and we are very confused about this. We have tried to contact the College Funding Center but have been unsucessful.
The College Funding Center had us on to believe we could trust them by guaranteeing 100% of all college costs and causing my parents to pay over a 1000 dollars.instead for the past 6 months since we have became clients that have done nothing and I have been filling out college scholarships and information on my own.
If anyone can give me information about pursuing a claim for lawsuit please let me know.
