RE: VOIPTALK, FREE5000MINUTES.com, DIRECT ONE, LLC, Discount LD, DLONG DISTANCE: These companies charged my Bank Card a Total of $683.89. These charges appear in amounts of $61.02,63.55 and $63.57. I discovered the charges after reviewing my bank statement.
After investigating I discovered all the companies are connected and change their name every two months, along with their telephone number.
In contacting these companies I found they all had the same story. They claim to be a third party billing company. The companies claim they will credit my account in two billing cycles. As of this date I am still waiting for a Debit to my account.
I have had to cancel my Debit Cards to keep these companies from charging my account, even after reporting this problem to the companies and my Bank. I have reviewed other individuals reports regarding these companies and find they had the same experiences and never received money credited back to their accounts. So I assume the same will happen to me.
How can we stop this from happening again to someone else or even myself? These companies named should be investigated! But by whom? Who else should I report them to?
