Upon reviewing my bank statement I noticed a charge that was unusual.
Further investigations showed that each month there were changes that were unauthorized.
I called several different numbers finally got in touch with Syvia the 'customer service' manager. She claimed that she NEVER had any previous calls regarding anything similar.
She said that she was issuing a refund check within 2 or 3 billing cycles. So about 3 months...
I am so pissed that I have a headache and wish to commit acts a violence but I won't.
