LLC fraudulent billing - billed for services not rendered or ordered Dallas

I have been fraudulently billed twice by Direct One, LLC, under the names "Direct One, LLC" and "FREE5000Minutes.com D1 comm" in both April and May for the amounts of $61.02, uder my Check Card with Wells Fargo Bank. I have not ordered or received any services from this company. I will pursue this matter with Direct One directly, if possible, Wells Fargo Bank and the FCC, as required.
