Well apparently I'm not the only one with the same problem. Back in February is when the billing started. I was in California at that time for a few weeks, so i think someone must have gotten my CC info while i was out there and used it.
Well needless to say while I was in Japan in September I was going through my online billing statments because my CC said I had a maxed out CC due to only paying the minimum payments at that time but I hadn't used my CC since cali and I noticed all the 61.02 charges from Feb to August. I need to go back and look further now.
Well I cancelled the CC but I wasn't able to get the CC company a fraud letter till i came home in December, but by then they said it was over 30 days from my initial finding of these charges so now I have to go through the company to get my money back. Needless to say my charges and late fees are 400.00 dollars and i dont know what to do now. Is there any way I can get this money back now.
This company won't give it back so what do I do.
