Customer Support never respnded to emails or telephone communications. Held getting my American Express. I called again to stop. Obtained a telephone call back from business ultimately. Was advised they might not stop via telephone because they couldn't verify my determine. I mentioned 'if that's the situation', then why do they not need an issue payment my charge card every month. At that time, the client support consultant stated "... Hear WANG..." I really could not think what he explained in my experience. I mentioned 'What did you declare" and he explained 'You noticed me"... He'd NOT acknowledge he explained it. Began stating I 'misheard'... Lastly, I'd to get my charge card and provide him the ultimate numbers along side termination time. I am said to be 'terminated today.' We will observe. I would recommend NOT using the services of the corporation.
