I enrolled their MBA program on August 16 with an excitement. The class I took was Managerial Marketing and the instructor was Bryan Christiansen. At the end of the semester, Sept 26th, I noticed that he did not grade one of the 5 assignments and he gave me "0" as if I never submitted! This of course impacted my overall GPA which is "C" now.
On Sept 29th, I immediately submitted a Grade Appeal Form, advised by Dennis Payne, Academic Advisor.
In the meanwhile, on Sunday, October 3rd, I sent a separate e-mail to the instructor to ask the reason of receiving zero for this assignment. He said he does not see that I submitted it! (It is a f'ing joke?) I sent it again immediately.
Today is October 9th and I still have not heard from neither of them. I even left a message for the "President" of the school too but I don't think he is going to call me because he probably knows they are already in accreditation trouble with Higher Learning Commission. See below:

My next step is to file a complaint with Higher Learning Commission and other instructions.
I do not recommend Ellis University to anyone at all!!
