I was checking my visa bill and noticed a charge from Hdi* connections. I had never heard of the company.
I called the number that was on my visa bill and got a lady by the name of Twana her number 2541 and she tried to tell me how wonderful the company was. I kepted asking how they could charge me for something I never accepted or authorized. They would not tell me anything. She gave me another person to talk too.
Her name was Lisa her number she gave me was 16184. She kepted saying how much I could save. I told her I would never pay $109.95 to save anything. They kepted asking for my ID number.
I have never recieved information on this. I kepted asking how they got my card number as I never okayed any charge like that at all or talked to anyone.
She finally said I would get credit. I called back to see if I could get more information from them and you put your phone number in and it says your account has been canceled and credit will show up in 2 days.
This was just yesterday, so I do not no if I will ever get credit.
