HDI Connections made unauthorized charge on my credit card of $109.95 for entertainment membership which neither myself nor my wife authorized.
I recieved a charge on my credit card for $109.95 that my wife nor I did not recognize. I called the 800 number on my credit card bill. The man who answered first said it was some catelog purchase my wife made. When I told him my wife did not remember such a purchase he said it was an entertainment membership. I asked for what. He said discount movie tickets, resturants, etc. I said I did not authorized such payme and wanted the membership canceled and my money returned. He said it would be canceled immedidately and my credit card credited within the next two billing cycles. I said fine and hung up. I am waiting for the credit to show up.
I found your website and begin to do research. Many of the stories sounded similar to mine. The consumer complaintsed on MWI Connections in Omaha, Nebraska had the same 800 number that I had on my credit card bill so I wrote this report.
