I have worked for this company for three months now and I have repeatedly asked for a copy of my paperwork that I signed when I first started working for the company and they have refused to do so. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau because it's not fair.
Do they have something to hide? I'm just like any person that wants a copy of what I signed. I don't see the problem with that. If you buy a car or a home, wouldn't you want a copy of whatever you signed? So what makes this situation different? It doesn't.
