We purchased 50 Electric Scooters from this company. Only 49 arrived as Fedex lost one. After 2 months, the company said they were waiting on Fedex to issue a refund to them for the missing scooter. After 4 months, they quit answering our inquiries altogether.
Stay away from X-tremescooters.com! Of the 49 scooters we received, 11 were defective.in order to get a good one, this company expects you to pay the shipping costs to return it to them (Which is standard for many) but they also require you to include an additional $40 to cover "Shipping costs" for sending a new one to replace the defect.
Company makes its money by selling defective junk scooters and then charging you an additional $40 to get another one. (When the Actual shipping cost is only $13 and some change. We looked it up!)
