Sold defective scooters would not return money ignored e-mails RIPOFF

I purchased 5 scooters, electric and gasoline from these people. After receiving the scooters, there was something wrong with EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. Their "return" policy stated that when returning it, it has to be packaged EXACTLY how it was received, if even a piece of plastic was ripped off, or stryofone was broken, they would not accept it.

They also stated that when returning the defective scooters, they charge a 20% restocking charge. On a DEFECTIVE SCOOTER! They also said the defect has to be proven that it was defective before receiving.

I ordered 5 scooters. 2 child electric scooters. They didn't even send the proper charger, so these things are no good.

I ordered one adult electric scooter. Within 5 minutes it got a flat tire, before it was taken outside! I put together the few pieces, and I turned it on to make it work. The wheel went around 10 times, then got a flat tire! I was holding the tire into the air, so it was definately bad before receiving it.

Also while riding it, a small bump was hit in the road causing the scooter to suddenly stop, flipping the rider over the handlebars, and putting him in the hospital.

Two gasoline scooters, 43cc. The first one, I was riding it the second day I got it when all of a sudden I was thrown off the bike. The BACK brake line snapped (which was put together at the factory before shipping), and twisted the brake into the tire. I had to use plyers and a screw driver to force it out of the tire (which didn't go flat thank goodness, I was in the middle of nowhere!), then zippy tie the brake drum to the scooter so it did not spin while I was going down the road.

The second scooter, the electronic system didn't even work on it. The wires were busted going into the turn signals, it did not perform like it was suppose to, and the horn didn't work. They also did not send the proper charger for this one either!

When I attempted to contact them, they ignored it. They continue to send me e-mails to offer me more scooters, but any attempt to contact them results in voice mails, and e-mails going unignored. I lost out on $900 on these scooters before they are ALL JUNK! I was planning on selling them (which meritmax was told this), and opening my scooter store! I cannot afford to be out $900 but apparently I have no choice at this point! So now I have 5 defective scooters, 3 of which are very unsafe to ride.
