I enrolled with California Notary Seminars.inc. For 1 Notary Class & Pre-paid package for $220. Later, I learned my credit card was debited twice for the same amount. I complained; was required to send a fax and email showing that my card was charged twice. I was made to understand I would be refunded after complying which I did. I waited for the refund but it was not coming. I called by phone to follow up.instead of telling me that it is doing its best to give me my refund, a certain Chelsa L. Minch, whom I was told is a supervisor, had the alacrity to tell me my refund is sitting at accounting. She further said it takes 6 to 8 weeks to process a refund. I waited. More than 8 weeks have passed, I have not received any refund.
I wrote the Manager, giving the company 2 weeks to send me my refund before I seek help from a consumer protection agency, like yours. I have not until now received a courtesy of a reply. This only shows, it wants to keep my money. This is a rip off!
