The state of California now requires when your Notary Public commission come up for renewal to take a 6 hour course prior to the State renewing or giving you a commission for Notary Public.
I searched the interent via a list provied by the Secretary of State's website for local companies providing this service on line... And A Statewide Notary College offered this sevice. I completed the online information requested, purchaed the class material on line and recieved the coursework in the mail a few days later.
After completing the course, I mailed in the required documents to show I completed the course so I could recieved my "completetion certificate". This certificate is required by the State to show proof the required class has been taken to recieve my renewal commission.
WELL... I have not recieved the certificate, now my Notary commission has expired, and I am left with my @% in my hand because without the certificate, I can not continue my Notary Public servcies! I thought by using this company, local company, the process would be easy. They have not returned any of my calls or emails. I will have to purchase another course. God, i hate this stuff!!
