I purchased a set of DVD's from this company with a 30 day trial period on 04/20. I returned the DVD"s on 05/05 by certified mail return receipt which was signed by a company representative of this company on05/09. This more than fulfilled my obligation to return the material with 30 days and terminate anymore contact with this company. Yet, on 05/29, I received another set of DVD"s which I did not order. I contacted the customer service rep by phone and e-mail and requested that he send me a call tag which would compensate me for the return shipping charges for the DVD"s. This he (Bill) refused to do. I also discovered that my credit card was fraudelently charged a sum of $106.50. I am curious if any laws were violated by this unwarranted use of my credit card. Any assistance with this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
