I signed up to try a trial product.
It appeared that I received a full product. I contacted them via email to obtain a RMA number at the end of a two week trial period. I received the product on 01/06 and I emailed them on 01/15 for RMA number.
They charged by credit card account on 01/16 and I still have not received a reply from them. I have sent at least six emails asking for them to cancel my account and refund the $79.95 plus shipping charges that was charged to my credit card.
Help.
