Fairbanks Capital is a bunch of CRONIES! They threatened to foreclose on my wife and I last year and we went through 6 months of Hell getting this straight.
They incorrectly short-posted my account $100.00 (which I believe was intentional } after we sent every dime owed to them to bring our account current. These people are hateful, spiteful beligerent jerks. I would sue them for harrassment if I had the means to do it. Can someone help me?
They are still calling for late fees we do not owe, and on our monthly statement, the late fees aren't even shown as due. I feel we are being reported to the credit bureau monthly and they have ruined our credit. My advice to anyone, is steer clear of this company. I would just like to get my hands around the necks of some of these smug *holes that are constantly harrassing my wife and me.
