I have been a Direcway customer for a couple of months and have gotten overbilled every month. It was just a couple of bucks the first time then it grew to over 600 dollars last month. They said That I owed for equipment but I never purchased my equipment from them in the first place. I bought it through an electronics store and paid them to install it. I faxed my receipt to them a couple of times and even emailed it to billing with no refund yet.
