I filed bankruptcy due to my job closing down. I have always kept my payments current. They had my escrow account a mess so I requested my escrow to be closed and sent to me. They wont send it. Now they are saying I owe late fees that I don't, they say I have not made payments when the checks that I sent them have cleared the bank, and now they want to take my home and not reaffirm my loan.
Can anyone out there help me? I have 4 kids, and this is our only home. Fairbanks wont even talk to me at all. No returned calls. My insurance agent has had a horrible time getting them to pay my homeowners. Fairbanks even lied to my insurance agent numerous times by saying that they had mailed the money. My homeowners was canceled for a few days then Fairbanks finally paid it after my agent called numerous times.
