This is an update to my earlier report where I mistakenly thought this "company" was located in CT.
They have cancelled my account but can't seem to understand that they must fax a release of pending charges authorization to my cc company, since I "busted" them before they could actually charge my card.
Otherwise, according to my cc co., the "refund" will take 30 days!
I NEVER signed up for this! Are there any class-action lawsuits against these people one can join?
