This company accused me of fraud by telling me I opened a credit card account using my ex-husbands Social Security number. Of course this alleged credit account supposedly has an outstanding balance of thousands of dollars. They were sure that we could come to a settlement... Even as low as $25.00 a month payments. The only problem is that I never opened such an account and further more after pulling my credit report no such account exists on the report. They further alleged that there were liens on my report that were not there. The person who called was abusive and threating and was constantly trying to intimdate me. It comes down to trying to have me admit to a debt that is non existant. Somebody, PLEASE, PLEASE put these people out of business... Nancy Amite, Louisiana
