Ripoff credit report fraudulent Who are these people and how did they get my social security number and send a negative report to the credit bureau?

I accessed a copy of my credit report and found a negative account in collections from RJM Acquisitions Funding. Account type read "Unknown-Credit Extention, review, or collection. Date opened: August." Amount was for 56.00 dollars. I never received any information on an open account past due for that amount and did not open any accounts in August. Who are these people and how did they get my social security number and send a negative report to the credit bureau?
