I signed up for 1 semester of music lessons with Amadeus Home Music School. I paid $880.00 on a credit card up front as required. I was told a teacher would contact me in 1 week. NO ONE ever called.
I called them every week for months and would get a call back once in awhile. I was told the teacher was behind in schedule and would start the following week. I got this story until the very day I could no longer dispute in on my credit card. At that point I was unable to get any call back.
It has been 8 months and no refund. I starting blogging about their scam 2 months ago. I received a call and was told I was "approved for a refund". I was told that it was not necessary for me to report them to the BBB or blog about them anymore. Still... NO REFUND!
I do not want anyone else to fall victim to these people. Please do not give them your credit card.
