My daughter agreed to receive magazines through MOS's free offer - then company billed her without her permission to continue subscription.
She called to cancel and was treated like trash. She ended up in tears. She said she would cancel her bank card they said "go ahead we'll just continue to mail you bills".
Outrageously unprofessional - shocked to see all the rip-off complaints against them. We are notifying the Consumer Protection Division of our Attorney General's Office in hopes that a class action suit will be available in Massachusetts.
