First Consumers rip-off deceptive company

After being a cardholder [unsecured] for 9 years, today I get a notice that as of March 7th (today being March 3), my account is "terminated"... No reason... No nothing&just a postcard.

I have been trying their phone number for over 2 hours... Just a busy signal???

I have never been late with a payment in 9 years&this is how they value good consumers???
