Today I received a bill for a late payment for the month of July. I tried to call the number listed on the back of the bill (516-576-8706), but it was constantly busy. I sent that payment extra early because there would be no mail that day.
I was getting very frustrated because I could not contact anyone to discuss why this bill was late, so I searched the internet and found this sight. I was surprised to read so many other people going through my frustrations!
I would like to thank Kris from Massachusetts for listing a number (1-866-503-0872) to talk to an actual person about this. The man sounded a little frustrated and assured me the late payment of $35 had been lifted. He explained the bill was forwarded from the FCNB address to CMS, that is why the bill was late. He stated the problem "should" be fixed by next month.
We shouldn't have to go through this unnecessary stress and FCNB should've notified us of the changes taking place since the bankruptcy. Loyal consumers deserve at least that much.
