Fraudulent late charges after account paid in full...
I applied for a PEP Boys credit card and was approved. GE Capital had a wrong zip code and after corrected this numerous times I finally received a statement. I paid the statement in full way before the due date. The check was cashed and I started receiving late statements.
Pep Boys was of no help either. I called my bank and the check was cashed before the due date. I sent copies of this to the company and they assured me that this problem was corrected. Upon pulling my credit report it was still reporting balance unpaid!!! I disputed this and had it removed from my credit report. I will never do business with either company again!!!
