I signed up for lessons for myself and my daughter on Sept. 25 over the phone never signed the contract or faxed back as instructed to do so. They charged my credit card I called back on Sept 26 and said I changed my mind. I was told I would have a refund by Sept. 30. When I did not recieve a refund by Oct 3 I filled a BBB complaint along with a fraudulant charge on my credit card report. I finally recieved a credit back from my credit card company but i believe it is from my fraudulant credit charge than any other I was emailing back and forth with the CEO Michael every week until I recieved my money back If someone starts a class action I would join for sure
