Lack of refund

I signed up for lessons and changed my mid within 24 hours. I never signed and returned the contract. They charged my credit card and it took filing a complaint with the BBB and a fraudulant credit charge with my credit card company to get the money back. They kept telling me the credit has been issued to wait a couple days I gave them 1 week prior to filing the fraud report and after 30 days my credit card company agreed with me and returned my money
