I signed up for a credit card and rewards program though Freedom Resource back in Sept. They took the money out of my account and that is when the trouble started.
I had to call several times about the membership package to be sent to me. I also asked about the credit card that I was to receive in the mail. The way I understood is that the card was for a credit limit of $2,500.00 and was a real card.
I call and asked if the card was a true credit card and I was told yes that it was a card with a credit limit of $2,500.00 and it was a Mastercard. I had to call and have the information package sent out three time before I finally recieved it. Then they told me that the credit card was a secured credit card only and I need to send a deposit to open it.
I sent all info. Back and filled out a refund
form. I then call and asked about my refund and told it would be in soon. I called back at a later date and was told that it would take up to 90 days for my refund.
I tried to call the other day about my refund
and I could not get any one to answer the phone. I tried again to contact them and everytime I got though to the auto selections when ever I would pick one it would hang up on me. It has been seven month and I sill have not seen my refund.
