I purchased 16 in home piano lessons from the school by credit card over the phone in November. I was told by the foreign lady who always answers the phone that I would be contacted by December 15th by an instructor who would begin the actual lessons the following week. December 15th came and went and I was not contacted. On December 26th I contacted the foreign lady and she gave me the number of a person named Donna. I contacted Donna and she apologized and said that someone would for sure contact me by December 29th. Again nobody called me.in mid January, I called the school again to request a refund. The foreign lady again put me through to Donna. After numerous messages, Donna finally called me back and said that I would be given a refund. I asked her when I would recieve it and she said it would be a week. Three weeks went by and I still had not recieved it, so on February 6th I called and left a message with Donna again that I had not recieved my refund yet. To date, she has still not called me back. I am planning legal action. This company is without a doubt the biggest scam operation in New Jersey. I wish that I had seen the other complaint about them on usacomplaints. Coms before I was swindled out of over $1000.
