I baught a 93 Dodge Caravan about four years agp from JD Byrider and the day after my warranty was up my Transmission went out. Of course I made my payments on time for two years no problems than when the Phone calls started coming in I started to get mad I would get one Rep calling saying I was late when I wasnt even due for a Month, I was told I was on a Weekly payment plan, when I had been paying monthly for two years, One Rep would go in and change it, than two weeks later another would call say I was over due again and I wasnt on a weekly but monthly, I started to get mad and Bitch them out, than the phone calls came two times a day asking when I would be in with a payment, I asked to speak with a manger and I told him of all the different Reps calling and changing things in my account he said he would fix it.
Yeah right than the Hell begain They started to come to my house I would talk to that CNAC manager at my door and work it out to go in the house and get a phone call 30mins later saying No to what I talked to the guy about at my door. I got so sick of it I went to Trade in my van at a dealership I was told my credit was Very bad with JD Byrider I would need a big down payment, I went to another there I was told they didnt even see I had a vancar financed throw anyone. I then was so pissed I changed my home number and when they came to the door again I told them to take me to court and Repo the Dam thing. To end this long story I was charged over ten thousand dollars for a junkie Van and they still have me as owing four thousand more NOT! My Advice Dont buy from JD BYRIDER
