Let me tell we have been customers with jd byrider for 4 and half years we have bought our 2nd car now and they had to switch it out because it was having severe mechanical problems it was more in the shop then it was in my drive so we went to go buy another car from some place else and jd byrider didnt want us to leave them so they switch out our car for another one and so we went on vacatiion forgot to drop off a payment and they r calling us within 4 days of being late mind u we always pay on time and extra so they call and tell us everything they have done for us excuse me that is your job to keep your customers satisfy and threaten us with repo papers for 4 days late and not mention how rude they were talking to me on the phone to me like i was a dog or their kid... Forgot to mention they even came to my door on my first car for 2.84 or they were gonna repo that car...
