Our loan was bought out by Fairbank Capital Corp. Three years ago Problems ever snce. Never have received any mail from them Received in the mail on January 24 a video for homes that are going in foreclosuer, was really shocked had not heard a word concerning foreclosuer.
Called the office and took me all day to talk with someone, tranfering me to different departments, finally someone gave me an extension on the person that is handling my account I have called for 8 hours and get voice mail and when i get to leave a message I am informed that the voice box is full, so no message is left.
Also learned the payment I sent in November and December was never sent through my bank, cannot understand why, I have never given them a bad check. My husband and I are in our 70's and not in good health. I have had a stroke and do not have any sight in my right eye. I have been so stressed out of just the thought of losing my home. PLEASE what can we do.
