Can you all believe that fairbanks held three months payments I mailed to them. I to was forced into bankrupcy. I really have had lots of trouble after filling chapter 13. It seems like every other month they are sinding letters about forclosing saying they have not recieved payments. I send my payments off every month at the same time. Sometimes they post them with in one week sometimes two or three weeks and sometimes they say they never received them. I have decided I will pay A additional twenty dallors a month to have my payments quick collected to them if I can. Im really not sure if they even offer that I only heard they do.
I cant refinace because my credit is now so awlful. What do I do? Im just praying dayly they will go out of business or something real real soon. I dont see how they have stayed around this long!!! I am a single mother of two that have been having so many problems every since my loan was sold to this lying and dishonest company!!!
