We need to take action especially fl residents read on salt lake city utah...
I filed a report on my story on 10/1/02. Since then I called the Florida State Attorney General's Office to file a complaint against Fairbanks Capital.
I was shocked to find that no one has filed a complaint in fl on this company!!!
I read literally pages and pages of usacomplaints.com from all of you. Many from FL. We need to stick together and not let them get away with this!!! I implore all FL residents who have been wronged by Fairbanks/Equicredit to:
1) Right away go email your Governor (Jeb Bush) at [email protected], and explain what Fairbanks/Equicredit has done to you and your family.
2) Call the FL Attorney General's Office/Division of Consumer Services at 1-800-435-7352 and request a complaint form (and when you get it follow through and fill it out and submit it!).
3) Do #1 & #2 RIGHT AWAY!!! Even if your own personal situation has been resolved. Please do it for all the other people this company will continue to hurt!
We cannot rest until this company is out of business for good!
