We saw this ad on Nickalodeon for children to audition. One of my daughters got a callback and we went back. There were so many parents there who were signing up their children that day. You got no time to think it over, that is what the 3 day cancellation was for.
I am a single mom with four children all who have the same father. I was married for 17 years, but now the children and I live on a very fixed income. My daughter begged for the chance to be able to help me with our finances. When she got a job, she would help me pay the bills and pay back the money for the classes. She wanted this so badly and I wanted to help her, so I maxed out my credit card.
I just couldn't justify it though, so I cancelled within 2 days. I thought everything was okay. I called Jonathan and was informed that the money would be credited back within 21 days. But the credit never came through. I contested with my credit card company, Chase, but since PMAA closed their doors a couple of months later, Chase says I am responsible to pay.
As far as I am concerned, PMAA stole $6000 (plus interest) worth of food from the mouths of my children. I just do not know what I am going to do.
