I signed up for loantoolbox.com last year for $1500. I used it for 6 months before my company went broke. I signed the contract but I willadmit I did not read the contract because I thought the company was reputable... I was wrong!!! The contract was a 1 year contract, so I thought. At the end of the 1 year they adomatically charged my credit card another $1500. I called them and said I did not want to resign with them because I am no longer in the business. They said the best they could do is refund $750 of the $1500 because "It was in my Contract". I hate it when companies do this because it is in their business model to take advantage of their customers. They said that they sent me an email before they charged my credit card but of course it was sent to spam, and this was 1 of hundreds of email this company sent me over the 1 year. Shame on you loan tool box for taking advantage of your customers like this... And the ol story goes 1 unhappy customer will tell 15 others about their bad experience, so here you go as promised!!!
