One of the sales person called me from Sprint in Mid of OCTOBER told me they would gave me 4.2cent/per min for instate (CA).internation call for China 40 cent/per min, Hong Kong 18 cent/per min in 24/7 days. If I sign for 1 year contract with Sprint. They wrote down price in the contract.
So I signed 1 year contract with Sprint. Today, I received my first bill and shows 7 cent/per min for interstate. $1.25/per min for china, $1.15/per min for Hong Kong. I called the customer service dept about the error bill. They told me: they don't have this plan. I said your company sales person wrote on the contract. Well, They said: they don't have this plan, I have to pay the full amount, or they will report to credit dept. This is a Rip off to customers.
Now, I can't change to another telephone carrier after 1 year. Because I signed 1 year contract with them. Please don't sign any contract with this company. They will Rip you off. After you sign the contract with them. They will lie to you with the contract.
