Roberts Sales & Service accepted an order from me on August 30. As of January 15 I still have not received my order, though funds were withdrawn from my account to pay for the goods.
When I inquired about the missing order, Terry Roberts responded that the shipment was lost - a statement he was to repeat 4 times.
Terry Roberts continues to pass the blame to UPS even though in a more recent email, he left slip that the "first shipment went out 12/15/02" - which would mean that almost 4 months passed before they filled the order they had already charged me for.
Beware!!! Roberts Sales & Service will accept orders, take your money, but you will never see the goods!
