I contracted with Randy Roberts, doing business as Apex Foundation, to fix the foundation of my house. After months of fiddling around and never completing anything, he engineered a scene and left in a huff.

I won a lawsuit against him - discovering in the process that he had accumulated close to $250,000 in adverse judgments for similar actions.

I'm currently pursuing collection action against Roberts and his wife, Leona Susan Ferrell Roberts (also registered as a principal of Apex Foundation). Roberts is hiding from the lawyers, with a last reliable address in Benbrook, Texas.

A crook and con artist, Roberts and his entire family should be avoided like the plague.
