I recieved a little yellow post card in the mail stating I had 72 hours to claim my credit card with 4,000 credit limit. I thought to myself that this was cool because I have other credit cards that have high interest rates on them that I would like to transfer, since the operator told me that it was a fixed 6% interest rate, and I would have my bills under control again.
After ACS debting my account for the $199.95 I recieved my credit card package within 2-3 weeks. After I noticed that it was not a multi-purpose credit card, which I asked specificly when I spoke with the operator, I contacted the # given for the refund. When I spoke with another operator she asked me if there was anything misrepresented and I explained to her what was misrepresented she said very politely that they would have to review the recorded coversations and for me to call back within 7-10 business days.
I looked up ACS on the internet and found this site and suddenly I became sick to my stomach because it took me almost a whole month to save up the money to participate in this mislead credit card, which I could not afford to save up this money and then it be taken away. Please Help Me!
