Heres what happened. I went to ITT Tech in march and only stayed for one month of the 3 month quarter I had to drop for family reasons. When I got my GI Bill check which is usually 3 months later it was for the whole quarter. I owed the government 2 months back. I returned to school later that year and stayed for the whole quarter all 3 months. This time however ITT Tech refused to send in my GI Bill paperwork.
Ive had 3 meetings face to face with the dean and financial aid who deals with the GI Bill there. Ive called them countless times. Ive called the GI Bill place itself and had them call the school (which is no longer allowed). Ive tried everything this has been going on for nearly 3 years and still they refuse to send in paperwork.
Today May 21st 2008 I paid back the money I owed to the government and still waiting on this so called school to do thier job and submit my paperwork so I can get my money back.
I wouldnt recommend this school to anyone and if they have done this to me who knows how many others this has happened to. Im still in the middle of this I cant send in my own paperwork and the school refuses so that tells you how "good" of a school this is at least the Dayton branch of it.
