Suing us for phone bill over 6 years old and two that should not exist at all

I dont know how these people continually get away with the things they do... The bill they r suing us over is actually 7 years old. And they are trying to sue us for a may and july bill that doesnt exist because we moved from the address in march.

Havent heard anything about any phone bill since 2001. Then we tried to get phone service where we r now and in nov we get a phone call after 10 pm. Told them to stop calling and said the so called debt was false. Did not hear anyting til april of 08. Now they r trying to sue us for this matter and set a court date for july 10th 08.
