Palisades Collection - TxCollect Dba CTI
Ripoff This company is trying to collect debt that was settled in 1999

This bill was settled by the courts in 1999. We only had to pay 1/2. It went to a collection company by the name of Great Lakes.

I sent court documents and paid $242 to the Great Lakes Company. I had never heard of Palisades until today when CTI sent a bill for $513 in their behalf. I dont know where these companies are getting there information.

This acct. Was settled and paid for back in 2000. Also two years ago, my wife received a bill from Palisades saying she owed $90 for a ATT cell phone bill. She went ahead and paid it even though she was sure that she had paid the final bill for that company already. This amounts to a type of extortion. These companies should be held accountable and I intend to pursue this matter in court
