Unwilling to return my deposit and send me eviction notice even i was not live there anymore

This company has not been compliant in returning our apartment deposit as specified under California Law of 21 days. David n. Schultz inc. Managed the apartment complex located at 835 s Alvarado st los angeles 90057. We moved out of the apartment on Sept 30. A month before moving I told that I am not able to rent the apartment due to reallocation process of my job and I have leave the apartment any way. When the time came to moved out before Sept30 I sold out my TV very cheap, refrigerator and microwaves etc. I throw out my furniture, electronics items and utensils by hiring people to clean the apartment. I cleaned carpet, bathroom and everything by paying money to house cleaning and carpet cleaning people. And Apartment Manager is knew that I cleaned out apartment. She saw that I hired person to moved my furniture because she was watching us to check that whether we throw anything in trash bin. But when I again visited to Manager on 30th Sept07, she told that she want to help us and therefore If I am moving out from apartment then fine, but pay the rent for next four months and then only there is chance of getting you some deposit money. She told that if I break the lease and not pay the rent for next four months, David and Schultz will make case of breaking lease and they will make my credit history bad. She was given me wrong information about my lease date and mentally harassed me to make arrangement of next month even i had no project work and i was planning to moved to seattle. I trusted on her words and tried hard to get some money. The apartment manager kept on sending me notices to pay the rent. Finally I paid Oct07 rent by selling my Camaro car. It was little late, so she informed to pay two months rent together. I said I cannot pay the rent for November 07 as I wanted to moved out from the apartment. She threatened me breaking of lease. Then I told her option of adding one person in my lease so that it will helpful for me as I am not leaving there any more and he will share my 50% of rent of remaining Oct07 month. She given me form of adding person but afterthat she changed her mind and told me not to add anybody or sublease. I said Ok and informed that we are using apartment for few days in Oct month and I will not stay there in Nov 07. While cleaning my bag in my camper..., I found out my lease agreement and found that I already completed my lease by Sept 07 and we have no need to pay rent for remaining 4 extra months as stated by Apt Manager. I showed the Lease agreement in Oct 07 month. She said ok and told me that I have to inform her 1 month before in order leave the apartment. I informed her that Oct month is last month for me to live in apartment. She agreed on that. I asked her that anything is require from my end. She asked me why do i like to leave the apartment... I told that i am reallocating to another state, I dont have any payment, We felt that there is bad spirit in the room and everything goes wrong with me... Therefore even I have one complete Oct month 07 to stay, i did not like to stay. Bu I told her that i will visit live some days when there is not possible to leave in reseda.
In the end of Oct 07 month, i personally visited to apartment manager and asked about my deposit money. She told that she was not aware about my deposit and I have to fill up vacant information form. She give me vacant apartment form and i put my forwarding address in order to get my deposit.
I wrote down that letter of 30 days notice i. E last date 30th Nov07. I requested her if some letters came to my address, please keep it for at least 1 week. She said that she is not resposible and she is going to change the lock of mail box and room. She told me to buy new garage control and make duplicate keys in order to get my deposit back. I said I dont want garage control money back as i lost it. I am parking my car on street Oct07 and I dont want to spend addition money on it as I broke down. There is no issue of returning keys as you are changing lock. But again I request her that this time please give me my deposit back and even you change the all keys of my apartment, still i will visit to her to check my mails in the beginning of month. She denied and finally she agreed that she will keep my deposit amount check and return me back when i visit there (considering my financial situation).
I got letter of paying rent of Nov07 and it was really tough for me to pay the rent. I told Apt Manager that i dont have money in my bank and I am waiting for some money to deposit in it. Finally I paid my rent of Nov07 by selling my another car for just $400 (which was worth more than $1500) to avoid eviction court order. I also got some money from PKT insurance and therefore i paid my rent of Nov07.
I called Nov22,07 to get my deposit and kept voice message to Karol walker.
I called on Nov 27,07 o get my deposit and kept voice message to Karol walker.
Everything is neglected. When I asked to Apt manager, she told me that i need to contact to office not to her.
I am no longer living in David N Schultz and they send me Dec month rent notice. I surprised now. This is really ripping off my money.
