Unsafe; orginized crime unit more so than a trucking company (criminal minded selfish thieves) criminals in disguise...
This company blatantly disregards fedral rules / laws and regulations pertaining to the trucking industry. They disregard fedral regulated hours of service instruct drivers to to leave out hours/jobs in fedral recomended hours of service log books.
THEY have even ran 2 trucks for 2 years without license plates being registered with ohio bmv. I have filed a complaint investigation september 23/02 adressing numerous violations/possible violations in regards to this company with the public utilities commission bigtruck division and still they are let continue to opperate. They are opperating a truck with cracks in the suspention and endangering numerous thousands of hiway sharing motorists endangering lives evry time its on the road.
They have sevral trucks running and do not pay a driver timley or corectly theres no workmens compensation no taxes taken out of pays (called irs crimes investigations). I am owed over 4 thousand dollars have coppies of bill of laidings all unpaid court action to commence soon. They have plenty of cash to pay for toys personal vehicles /4 wheelers / motorcycles ect. Hell they let a person drive their trucks without a licance (suspended for a dwi) pay him little proffit much elligaly.
And more happens than this they swipe employees owed pay fire them quite possibly claim paid cash keep the money employee earned 12 thousand gross at termination when he gets a 1099 for tax time it says that this individule made 25 thousand I MET AN X EMPLOYEE THAT SAYS THIS HAPPENED TO HIM I whitnessed bill hackworth make up a name and social security # for a lumper recipt to claim he paid this person for unloading services but in reality unloaded truck himself and unlicanced driver/claim to have paid out up to sevral hundred dollars in lumper services charge the shipper as reinbursenment keep the cash (huh) TAX FREE or as a write off im curious if they acuritly pay state fuel taxes rightfully or to their advantage.
While still driving for them I had my car insureance cancled collection agencies calling for payments of my car left having to roll chainge to feed and diaper my daughters 2months old and 19 months old at the time had to spend the tax money I had been saving up to pay them 9TOLD f—K PAYING THEM TAXES KEEP COPIES OF FUEL RECIPTS AND WRITE THEM OFF. They opperate on the same basic principle as another trucking company (Davidson trucking) another story yet bolth work together illigal scheems for personal proffits yet allowed to continue to opperate trucking companies.
Theese two companies need to be shut down / the owners cdl licances taken away as well as their authority to opperate a trucking company or brokering authority taken away. I find it unexceptible to be told that we have 60 days to investigate this complaint when the lives of many are indangered daily with these trucks in opperation. Are these government agancies there truley for safty or for the money what are they going to tell the parent that held their child as they went lifeless in their arms at an accident scean due to the cracks in the suspention.
This companies drivers have their own children in these trucks with them is my vision far from a reality I can only wish so / pray that they are stopped in time to prevent this from happening.
